Yes, we only accept vaccinated dogs and cats. This is important for the safety of all pets in our salon.

How long does grooming take?
On average, grooming takes 2–3 hours depending on your pet’s size, coat condition, and behavior.

Can I stay during the grooming appointment?
No, for safety reasons and to keep pets calm, owners are not allowed in the working area during grooming.

What if my dog has mats?
If matting is severe, we may recommend safely shortening the coat to prevent pain and stress for your pet.
